Mark Crump

A life-long resident of Hampton, Virginia, and a graduate of Hampton University, Mark has been a State Farm agent since 2016. He was inspired to become a State Farm agent because he wanted his life's work to include helping people. As an agent, he has the opportunity to help customers manage the risk of everyday life and recover from the unexpected.

Mark serves the state of Virginia and strives to make customer service his top priority. He feels that every customer deserves to be treated like family. It is more important for his agency to develop lasting relationships with the policyholders than it is to just make a transaction. An award-winning agent, he is a member of the Chairman's Circle and an Ambassador Club Qualifier.

Mark is passionate about preparing the next generation for success, and as a result, he is very involved in his community. He is a member of the Virginia Peninsula Chapter 100 Black Men. Mark is a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula. His agency hosts an annual school supply drive to benefit the students of the Hampton city schools. In addition, his office hosts an annual Angel Tree to benefit the Boys and Girls Club. When not at work Mark is an avid cyclist. He spends time with his family and enjoys many genres of live music.
